Where will accommodation be provided

Please note that most of the saints who will be providing ​hospitality reside in the Pretoria region.

Who can ask for hospitality

As far as possible, we would like to accommodate visiting saints in the homes of local saints who are able to offer hospitality.

We ask those saints who are able to travel between the conference venue and their homes to refrain from requesting hospitality if possible.

Coordination

In order to coordinate the supply and demand for accommodation, we need to receive requests and offers for accommodation as soon as possible.

Although we strive to help everyone who needs hospitality, the closer the conference gets before we know the requirements, the more difficult it becomes to help.

Visitors from afar

Saints​ travelling from other regions of South Africa or from countries outside South Africa are especially requested to inform us in good time of the times of arrival and departure, the means of transport and the place of arrival of all saints requiring accommodation.

Required information in relation to the hospitality needed:

• How many single brothers or sisters.
• How many married couples.
• How many families with children.
• How many children.
• Age/s of children.
• Arrival and departure times
• Means of transport
• Place of arrival.

Required information in relation to the hospitality offered:

• Number of single beds available.
• Number of double beds available.
• Capacity for families with children.
• Any other relevant information.
